Cable Duct Grout

DMARGROUT® 818 cable groutis a non-shrink, cementitious aggregate-free grout with a unique 2 phase shrinkage compensating mechanism. It is non-metallic and contains no chlorides with a special blend of shrinkage-reducing and plasticizing/water-reducing agents. DMARGROUT® 818 compensates for shrinkage in both the plastic and hardened states. It produces a fluid,pump-able nonshrink non-bleeding, hing-strength product .It provides corrosion protection for highly stressed steel cables.
Application
1. Use for grouting with tight clearance requirements.
2. Use for horizontal and vertical grouting of ducts within bonded, post-tensioned structures.
3. Use for grout and fill or repair voids within ducts of post-tensioning strands for corrosion protection.
4. Used for grouting cable anchor plates where grout contacts highly stressed anchorages
5. Use for vacuum grouting for repair of voids in previously grouted post-tensioned tendons.
